Pre-VI Populair "spin class"

Prepratory to the Vancouver Island "Populair" randoneur ride near the end of March, GNCC member Tom Hocking ran a training program which involved once-a-week spin classes and on-road training rides.

CanBike training

In 2004 Taryn Langford attained the instructor's level certificate which allows her to teach the CanBike 1 and 2 courses. Her first class was held on the weekend of 14-16 May.
